One free lyric tweak, every song
Every song (including Confetti Club songs) comes with one free lyric tweak. Just reply to your delivery email within 14 days and tell us what to change: a misspelled or mispronounced name, a line that's not quite right, or a detail you want added. We'll send the updated song, usually within 24 hours.
A tweak changes the words. Switching to a completely different genre, mood or story counts as a new song, though we're always happy to talk about it.
When you get a full refund
- We don't deliver your song within 24 hours of payment and you'd rather not wait.
- We can't make your request (for example, because it isn't family-friendly).
- There's a problem on our side we can't fix, like a wrong name we can't correct or a file that won't play.
- You were charged twice or charged by mistake.
Other situations
Because every song is custom-made just for you, we generally can't refund a song after it has been delivered simply because of a change of mind. If you're unhappy for any reason, email us first. We'll use your free tweak to fix it, and if it's still not right we'll look at a partial or full refund case by case. [OWNER: decide whether you want a broader "love it or your money back" promise.]
Confetti Club
You can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for the current month, but if you were charged for a month in which we didn't send you anything and you cancel within 7 days of that charge, email us and we'll refund it.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days. Email support@tuneconfetti.com with your order number to get started.
